Terms and conditions

We handle a standard purchase time of 1-2 working days if the products are on stock. If the product is not on stock, it will take a maximum of 3 weeks to deliver your product. Please note that all our products are handmade and we take extra care to deliver your purchase on time. If you have any questions about ordering something that is not on stock, or other questions about availibilty, please mail us at info@august-elizabeth.com.

Orders within The Netherlands will be shipped within 1-3 business days after processing. Orders for Europe will take approximately 4 business days, worldwide the exact time between us sending the package out and its arrival, depends on the destination. With our track and trace codes, we’ll keep you posted.

The Netherlands

Sending your parcel within The Netherlands will cost €8,15.

Europe

Within Europe it will cost €14,15 up to €24,00 depending on which area it needs to be shipped to.

Worldwide

The price of shipping your item outside Europe is €25,95.

Shipment tracking

All our parcels are send with PostNL. You receive a track-and-trace code through us. Orders for Europe and Worldwide will also receive a track-and-trace code once the parcel is shipped, from the third party that’s shipping your items. In each case, it allows you to easily track your order.

size 15 – FR 461/2 – US 4 – x-small

size 16 – FR 501/4 – US 5,5 – small

size 17 – FR 523/4 – US 6,5 – medium

size 18 – FR 563/4 – US 7,5 – large

size 19 – FR 601/4-   US 9 – x large

Please note that these are average sizes, mail us at info@august-elizabeth.com if you want to customize you size.

If your jewel has a defect within six months after you purchased it, you can send it back to us after reporting it through our customer service and we’ll repair it free of charge. If it broke after six months, as items occasionally do, you can make use of our repair service. For a friendly price we’ll repair your item and send it back to you, good as new. Our repair service starts at 17,50 euros (this does not include shipping).

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. In case you’d like to return an item you can contact us through info@august-elizabeth.com. We handle a two-week return service to return the product from the date of receivement.

Please fill out the form and enclose it in the retour package. Place the article in the original box or a different firm cardboard box. Make sure to enclose the returnform and the original receipt. Close the box and seal it up firmly.

Please note that the costs and responsibility for the retour package are at your expense. We recommend you to insure the package and to provide a track and trace code because we will not be held responsible for lost packages.
